Reception Admissions 2026

If your child was born If your child was born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022, you must apply for their reception school place for September 2026.

Applications to join our Reception cohort in September 2026 are made via Brent Local Authority. More information can be found here:

Key dates and deadline for Reception 2026 places are as follows:

  • 1 September 2025 – Applications open at eAdmissions
  • 15 January 2026 - Applications deadline
  • 16 April 2026 - National offer day
  • 30 April 2026 - Response deadline

Second round of offers

  • 30 April 2026 - deadline for applications and changes
  • Week ending 15 May 2026 - second round of offers are made
  • 22 May 2026 - second round response deadline

Third round of offers

  • 29 May 2026 - deadline for applications and changes
  • Week ending 19 June 2026 - third round offers
  • 26 June 2026 - third round response deadline
  • September 2026 - children start school

National school offer day is 16th April 2025. If you are offered a place at Harris Primary Academy South Kenton you will hear from us with further information about induction events leading up to September 2026.
